Dear Marketing Doctor! Thank you for answering my question about renovated furniture. Today I have a new one. I have been renovating soft furniture for some time now and started to think about launching my own product line.
The target group is a wealthier person. We cannot compete with the mass production with prices, but as hand made furniture we can show top quality in every stage of the production (material, production, service etc). The quantities are limited and it will be dependent on the final price and production capacity. So it’s rather exclusive.
The question is how to market the product in such a competitive market as furniture, when we cannot compete with price?
