The Leonardo da Vinci Mobility Project VITTI is aimed at applying the ITM concept in different countries. Last year, the training was piloted and tested in Zagreb, Croatia; Ljubljana, Slovenia; and also in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The successful year ended with a ceremonial gala in Ljubljana in November. The gala was very comprehensive and its festiveness was compared with the Nobel Prize Gala in Sweden. A study regarding the export strategies of Slovenian companies was also presented. One of the suggestions made on the basis of the research was for exporting companies to concentrate on several markets at once, rather than one, in order to increase the turnover more effectively.
Estonia was represented at the gala by Marketing Institute and Export Revolution alumnus Liis Arroval, who shared her experience and knowledge which she gained from the programme. Liis has advanced from her position as export manager to production manager in a very short period of time. The VITTI Project, which lasts until 2015, is supported by the Lifelong Learning Programme.
