The deadline for applications for the international Export Qualifications Programme was in October. It is a distance learning programme which is conducted by Enterprise Estonia (EAS) in cooperation with Marketing Institute.
This programme, which is unique and offers Estonian exporters a one-time chance, enables people to expand their knowledge in excellent UK and Canadian export institutes. “For the last two years we have organised the Export Revolution programme, which was aimed at finding young people, training them to become export managers, and matching them with companies looking for new employees. The Export Qualifications Programme takes a step even further,” said CEO of Marketing Instituut Anu-Mall Naarits. “This time we were looking for exporters with experience to send back to school. They needed to be interested in becoming the very best in their field and also in getting a certificate to prove their knowledge, either from the UK or Canadian certifiers. As there are hundreds of professionals around the world studying in the same programme simultaneously, the certificate is acknowledged widely and it is like the Oxford or Stanford master’s degree of the exporting field”.
The Export Qualifications Programme is funded by Enterprise Estonia (EAS) from European Social Fund resources.
